CANCELLATION POLICY
🌿 Casa Coco Cancellation Policy 🤎 At Casa Coco, we value your time and that of our specialists. To keep our schedule fair and organized for all clients, we apply the following policy: 📅 Cancellations and Rescheduling Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be considered late and may incur a 50% charge of the reserved service. 💅 No-shows If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, a 100% charge of the service will apply. After two consecutive no-shows, prepayment will be required for future bookings. 💖 Exceptions We understand that unexpected situations can occur.
